This is a latest developed patented equipment called Multi -functional Cleaning and Drying machine. It resolves the problems of low efficiency, long washing time, and water leakage everywhere used by traditional horizontal washing machine. And our cleaning machine is efficient, without any water overflow. It uses high -pressure water spraying for cleaning, and drying function is fitted, a whole set of workflows to complete the cleaning work at one time. There is no need to arrange workers to wait there, the equipment adopts the PLC programming control system, when the work is completed, it will be automatically stopped. Workers only need to feed the products and take out the products from the barrel.
CDM-2201 multi-functional washing and drying machine, is our company and Changzhou research
colleges and development of product surface quality improvement equipment, on the basis of the scheme,
the prototype and several research institutes, product production enterprise actual use validation, the
equipment in accordance with the GB 19517-2009 national electrical equipment safety technical standards,
GB 30439-2015 industrial automation product safety requirements. The device is controlled by a
programmable controller (PLC). The main part of the frame is made of stainless steel welding, beautiful,
strong and durable, control components with high control accuracy, stable performance, reliable quality and
long service life. Under normal circumstances, the water consumption to complete a cleaning operation is
about 10L (there will be differences between different products), which is more in line with the requirements
of environmental protection and energy saving than similar products on the market.
Application:
This machine can be used to clean rubber, silicone, plastic and other materials with product sizes ranging from 1mm—150mm. The cleaning drum (barrel) adopts the detachable mode. The default mesh hole diameter of the drum (barrel) is 5mm, and the user can customize the special hole size according to the product size.

Simple operation instruction:
1. Put the products in the barrel, close the door and lock the handle.
2. Set Spraying Time of cleaning solution (agent), Time for high pressure water cleaning, rotation speed of barrel, air -drying time, and then push the "Start" button.
3. Waiting for the equipment to automatically clean and dry, then the green light is on, open the door, take out the products.
4. During the cleaning process, if you need to stop, press the "Stop" button, and then open the door; if you encounter an emergency, press the "Emergency Stop" button to stop the machine.
5. Due to the different characteristics of different products, the time or speed setting of different products could be different. Make sure to set the correct speed and time to achieve the best cleaning result.
